ace: Я скачал с одного сайта песню Lapponia с другой аранжировкой, что-то похожее на хард-рок очень хорошо получилось. Там еще есть короткий документальный фильм про Лапландию, его сделал один поклонник. аранжировку сделал продюсер Claes Cornelius с компании Mega Records. The song was ditched by everyone except me, and that's why I made the playback version: to show that with just a bit of production, things could work. I sampled bits from the original and synchronized to MIDI time code, and then added my keyboards to exactly copy what she played. I then added a ferocious guitar of my own and some small overdubs to fill in. It is supposed to be a protest song for Lapponia to BE Lapponia, and not some sort of under-developed area of Northern Sweden. I researched the folk music from up North and also used their gritty rock sound in a way. Linn was DEEPLY disappointed with the reception her original cassette demo got, BTW, at a big A&R meeting with envoys from Europe, the US, etc., to decide "what songs out of about 30 should be on the next album". That played IMHO a big role in Linn not feeling enthusiastic about the music biz.
